1. Agreement to terms

By accessing naggingmedi.com or using the Nagging Medi mobile application (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Snorka LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. What the Service is

Nagging Medi is a medication reminder and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not provide medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Waitlist & early access

Joining the email waitlist reserves you a spot to be notified about early access and launch updates. It does not guarantee access on any particular timeline and can be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered (for example, due to device settings, OS battery optimization, or network conditions outside our control).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snorka LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed or late medication doses.

8. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
