1. What we collect

On this marketing website, we collect the email address you submit to join the waitlist, and basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, device type, approximate location) that do not use tracking cookies.

Inside the Nagging Medi app (once available), health entries you log — medications, schedules, feel-check ratings, and similar data — are stored on your device. Only content you explicitly choose to upload for AI-assisted reading (for example, a prescription label photo or a lab PDF) is sent to our processing service, solely to extract the information you asked for.

2. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal or health data, and we do not use it for advertising or targeting.

3. How we use waitlist emails

We use your email solely to notify you about Nagging Medi's launch, early access, and material product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and transactional email) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality commitments and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@naggingmedi.com.

6. Medical disclaimer

Nagging Medi is a reminder and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Features such as the pill photo check are a visual gut-check / confirmation aid only — never a substitute for pharmacist or clinician verification of your medication. Always follow the instructions of your prescribing clinician and your prescription label. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
