For TRT / HRT & GLP-1 — and anyone on a real schedule
Most reminders are a notification you swipe away without noticing. Nagging Medi keeps escalating until you actually confirm.
A reminder is not one notification here — it's a ladder of up to 7 steps that gets louder until you take it, ending in a full-screen alarm that rings over your lock screen.

The problem
A banner you swipe at 3am is not a reminder.
Ordinary reminder apps send one notification and stop. It sits in your tray, you swipe it away half-asleep, and the phone considers the job done. For a weekly injection or a GLP-1 titration, a missed dose isn't a rounding error — it's a real gap in the record. Nagging Medi is built around one idea: a reminder that can be dismissed absent-mindedly hasn't reminded you of anything.
The ladder
Not one notification. A ladder of up to 7.
Each reminder escalates — more insistent than the last — at increasing offsets until you confirm. The final rungs are a full-screen alarm: it wakes the phone over the lock screen with looping audio, not a banner you can flick away.
Exempt from Doze and battery saver
Dose alarms use Android's alarm-clock scheduling — the same mechanism your morning alarm relies on — which is exempt from the two things that silently make ordinary reminder apps unreliable overnight.
Five editable escalation profiles
A vitamin doesn't need to shout; a weekly injection does. Pick a profile per medication, and tune the timing and voice of each one.
Confirm from the lock screen
"Took it" is a notification action — it logs the dose and cancels the rest of the ladder without opening the app.
Quiet mode, honestly
For when you genuinely need it silenced. The trade-off is shown, not hidden.

Built for your therapy
The base app is a complete medication reminder. Packs add what a specific therapy needs.
In the base app
Injection tracking & site rotation
Records where each injection went — region, side, and depth — and suggests the least-recently-used site from your rotation. A visual body map, plus a heat map of recent history. Catches a taken-but-unlogged injection and asks where it went.
Scan to add
Barcode and label scanning for medications and supplements.
Groups
Meds taken together fire as one reminder instead of four.
Inventory
Know when you're running out before you run out.
Adherence view
What was taken, what was missed, and when — laid out plainly.

Therapy packs
Hormone (TRT / HRT)
For testosterone and hormone-replacement protocols.
- Protocol schedule templates
- Trough tracking
- Patch handling as a change-of-state, not a dose
- Double-dose interlock
- Its own daily check-in and insights
GLP-1
For semaglutide, tirzepatide, and titration schedules.
- Titration schedules and dose-escalation reminders
- A manufacturer catalog listing each drug's stated minimum dosing gap, with its source (e.g. 72 hours for tirzepatide, 48 hours for semaglutide)
- Insights segmented by dose — GI effects recur at every titration step, and pooling across a ramp hides the signal
Worth saying plainly: the dosing-gap data cites its source. That's unusual, and it's a trust signal.
Nagging Medi is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow the dosing instructions from your prescriber, and talk to them before changing anything about your treatment.
See whether it's working
Feel, labs, adherence, and weight — on one timeline.
A daily check-in on categories you choose — mental clarity, energy, optimism, and others — on a simple scale. The point is the overlay: whether a protocol change did anything is a question about correlation over weeks, and that's not answerable from memory.
Bloodwork and labs
Manual entry, or point the camera at a lab report (PDF or photo) and the values are extracted for you. Results plotted over time, so a number reads as a trend, not a one-off.
Weight, from your scale
Withings integration links your account once and backfills your full history. Also reads Health Connect (Android) and Apple Health (iOS) for other scales. Read-only, and only when you sync.
Daily check-in
Rate the categories that matter to you, in seconds, so there's something to overlay against labs and weight later.

Reliability
It tells you when your phone will fail you.
Android silently degrades reminders in at least four ways — exact-alarm permission, full-screen-intent permission, battery optimization, and overlay permission. Most apps just get quieter and never say so.
Nagging Medi shows a reliability checklist: each gate, whether it's satisfied, what specifically breaks if it isn't, and a direct link to the setting — written in consequences, not jargon. “Without this, the system may silence reminders while the phone sits idle, exactly when you're most likely to miss one.”
Privacy
Sell this harder than feels natural — because it's true.
No ads and no ad tracking
The advertising-ID permissions that Google's analytics library adds by default are explicitly stripped from the build. Most apps leave them in.
Analytics never carry health data
No medication names, doses, or scanned barcodes leave the device through analytics — by construction, not by policy.
Your data lives on your phone
Cloud backup is opt-out-able, and deleting the server copy actually deletes it.
Health data is read-only
The app reads weight; it never writes to your health record.
A medication app asking for trust should be able to say precisely this. Most can't. Read the full privacy policy →
